Professional Work
See People Clearly
Two workshops. One shared language.
Most misunderstandings at work aren't caused by difficult people. They're caused by good people reading the same moment differently and not knowing they're doing it.
See People Clearly is a two-part Enneagram workshop that helps a team see those patterns sooner, work through conflict faster, and keep the same misunderstandings from running the show.
It also gives a team language for things that used to be hard to say. You can name what's happening without making someone the problem.
Some teams come because something keeps getting in the way. Just as many come to invest in a team worth investing in. Either way, most companies start here.
"Our people were laughing with the activities and demonstrations, but the work was real. That's hard to pull off." Jason, Company Owner
Seeing Yourself Clearly
Workshop One: Seeing Yourself Clearly
Learning the nine types, starting with your own.
Everyone on a team is paying attention to something different.
One person walks into a meeting tracking the goal. Another is tracking the tension. Another is testing whether the plan will hold.
Same meeting. Completely different experience.
In this workshop, the team learns the nine types, and each person finds their own. That part feels good. You see how you're wired, and that there's nothing wrong with it. Then you see the same about everyone else. Their way isn't wrong either. It's just one of nine.
And once you see that, you have choices. You don't have to keep doing it the way you always have.
From there, we go to work. How each type communicates. What they pay attention to. How they show up under pressure, and where they shine. Then the tools: how to communicate better and handle friction, now that you finally have shared language for it.
The shift isn't just making room for people who are different. It's appreciating that they're solving for something you're not. That's what turns a group into a team.
Seeing Others Clearly
Workshop Two: Seeing Others Clearly
Why misunderstandings make sense.
Workshop One is about you. Workshop Two is about everyone else.
Most conflict starts before the hard conversation. It starts when we fill in a blank, assign a motive, or decide we know why someone did what they did.
The Enneagram makes that pattern visible. Not just "people misunderstand each other," but how they misunderstand each other. And that it's solvable, so the misunderstanding doesn't have to happen in the first place.
One person reads silence as disagreement, or questions as criticism. Another reads urgency as control, or caution as resistance.
Once people can see the story they're adding, there's more choice. Conversations get cleaner. Assumptions get checked. Work moves with less friction.
Why the order matters
You have to solve communication before you can prevent the breakdown.
Seeing Yourself Clearly gives the team the language, the self-awareness, and the tools to understand how communication and conflict happen.
Seeing Others Clearly teaches them how to use that language with each other, so they catch misreads earlier, before they harden into patterns.
Most companies run the two sessions a few weeks to a few months apart, giving the first one time to show up in real work before the second builds on it.
Format
Each workshop can be a half-day session, or two to three 90-minute lunch-and-learns.
You can start with just one, and you'll get real value from it. The workshop is more effective as a pair, but one is a real start. It's not a half thing.
What's included
Everyone takes an Enneagram assessment before the first session and gets their own type packet, so the learning starts specific instead of generic.
And you leave with a pile of things worth keeping: type tiles, communication cards, conflict guides, instruction manuals, at-a-glance sheets, visual reminders for the office. The tools are interesting and easy to use. They're about you and the people you work with, and that's why teams keep them instead of letting them die in a drawer.
The session ends. The language stays.
"I don't usually love these kinds of trainings, but this one felt useful. I saw myself, and I understood a few people I'd been frustrated with. And they had snacks that matched every personality type. It was better than anything I expected." Megan, Employee
