Professional Work

There's no such thing as just business.

You have capable people doing demanding work. The work matters, and so do the people doing it. Give them the communication, leadership, and understanding that keeps good work possible.

How it works

I use the Enneagram. It's a personality assessment, and one people love taking, because it finally explains the thing everyone's quietly curious about: why they're the way they are.

That's where it starts. The depth is what we do with it. On its own, knowing your type is a fun fact. When your team learns this together, they stop guessing about each other and start seeing what's going on: in meetings, in conflict, in the handoffs where things usually break.

It's the lens and language a team learns to use with each other. And it's where the name Ennea Evolution comes from.

Curious about the Enneagram itself? There's a page for that. The Enneagram →

Where it helps

You don't need a problem to do this. Some of the best workshop days happen at companies where nothing is wrong: they simply want to invest in their team, hand them a genuinely fun day together, and get better at working with each other. A brush up, not an overhaul.

And when there is friction, this meets it. Maybe people communicate past each other, or a new manager is learning to lead. Maybe you're heading into change, or two good people just cannot figure each other out. None of it means anything's wrong with anyone. It's what happens when smart people work together without a shared way of understanding each other. This gives them that, and the tools to use it.

Fixing is seeing what's wrong. Building is seeing what's possible. We will do some of both.

A team leaning into a real conversation around the table

What you're getting

A workshop with your team engaged in real conversation, real laughter, and people leaning into the ideas they can use right away.

This is a training where your team learns why they work the way they do, and why the people around them work completely differently. That's where most misunderstanding starts, and it's where it stops.

Fun in the room. Real change after.

On Retainer

Some companies don't want a workshop. They want somebody who knows them. On retainer, I become a standing part of how your company takes care of its people. Sometimes it's quarterly workshops planned around what your company actually needs. Sometimes it's a set number of confidential sessions each month that anyone in the company can sign up for, so your people have somewhere to take the hard thing. Sometimes it's building a culture from scratch and staying long enough to see it through. Often it's a mix, and it changes as you do.

What you're getting is a thought partner who knows your business and your people, and who brings a skill set most companies can't justify carrying full time. You get the benefit without the salary.

By the end of a year, this isn't a workshop your company attended. It's how your company talks.

Why me

Half my week is one-on-one with people, up close, under real pressure. So none of this is theory. I watch how people really operate, then bring it into your building.

I have taught in research labs, software companies, medical offices, family businesses, event organizations, and large teams.

I am not bringing a canned workshop. I am paying attention to your people.

And I've sat where you're sitting. My husband and I have started, run, and sold businesses of our own. I know what it costs when the people part goes wrong, and I know what it feels like to make payroll.
